Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the eSecurityIN website, courses, and services. Please read them carefully before enrolling in a program or engaging our services.
By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of India.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eSecurityIN. By accessing our website, enrolling in a course, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the eSecurityIN website, enrolling in our courses, or engaging our cybersecurity services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the services with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. About Our Services
eSecurityIN provides cybersecurity training, certifications, workshops, webinars, consulting, managed security services, and related educational and advisory offerings for individuals and organizations.
Service Availability
We strive to keep our website and services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of our services for maintenance, upgrades, security, or operational reasons, with or without notice.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features, course content, schedules, or pricing at any time. Where changes materially affect a service you have purchased, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
Registration
Certain features, courses, and services require you to register or provide information such as your name, email, and phone number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your enrolment and for all activity conducted under them. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or suspected breach.
Suspension
We may suspend or withdraw access to any course, program, or service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, payment is outstanding, or conduct is harmful to other learners, our staff, or our systems.
4. Enrolment & Payments
Fees for courses, workshops, and services are displayed at the point of enrolment and are payable in the currency and manner indicated. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Enrolment is confirmed only once full payment (or an agreed instalment) is received and acknowledged.
- Seats in instructor-led and hands-on programs may be limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card or banking details.
- You are responsible for any bank charges, currency-conversion fees, or taxes applicable to your payment.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the specific program and the terms stated at the time of enrolment. Unless a program expressly states otherwise:
- Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made in writing before the program start date.
- Once course materials, lab access, or recordings have been issued, fees may be non-refundable.
- Where we cancel or reschedule a program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future batch.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within the timeline prescribed by the payment provider.
6. Acceptable Use
Our training covers offensive and defensive security techniques strictly for lawful, ethical, and educational purposes. You agree that you will not:
- Use any knowledge, tools, or materials from our programs to access, attack, or disrupt systems, networks, or data without explicit authorisation.
- Use our services for any unlawful activity, fraud, or to solicit others to break the law.
- Post or share content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or that promotes violence.
- Copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our course content, recordings, or materials without written permission.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of our website, learning platform, or infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for how you apply the skills taught. Any misuse is your responsibility and may result in immediate termination of access and referral to the appropriate authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our website and in our programs — including course materials, curricula, videos, lab environments, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by eSecurityIN or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Limited Licence
On enrolment we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the relevant materials for your own learning. This licence does not permit redistribution, resale, or commercial use.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as project work or feedback). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with delivering and improving our services.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website and services may integrate or link to third-party tools, platforms, or websites (such as payment gateways, video conferencing, and lab providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
No Guarantees
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we are committed to quality training, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment, certification pass rates, or business results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSecurityIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
By You
You may stop using our services at any time. Discontinuing use does not entitle you to a refund except as provided under Clause 5.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we consider unlawful, harmful, or disruptive.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply after termination.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, we will provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of eSecurityIN’s registered office, subject to any agreed arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
